Should you decide to return a product, Geekittude requests that the product is to be shipped and delivered in the same condition it was shipped. We grant you 14 days within delivery date (or 14 Business Days for In-Store Pickups) to notify us for any refunds. We will gladly offer a refund upon returning the product. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. This excludes Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed products, and on sale items where we reserve the right to decline a return. In certain cases, we will accept the return due to a mistake caused by us. In such circumstances, Geekittude will gladly accept the return and will also cover any shipping fees.
Please note that in certain cases, additional shipping may be required to be purchased in order to have an order sent. You will be contacted regarding this and should you not wish to pay an agreed-upon fee, your order will be fully refunded. Such cases may occur for oversized orders, special circumstances, or shipping to remote locations.
Please return all products to Geekittude, 2107 Sainte-Catherine East, Montreal, QC, H2K 2H9, Canada. All orders over $75 should be shipped using a trackable shipping service or by purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds will be issued as followed: (a) if you paid by Credit Card, your refund will go to the Credit Card with the same number. This process can take up to 3-5 Business Days from the moment the Credit Card refund was confirmed by Geekittude. (b) If the payment was issued by PayPal, the refund will go to the same PayPal account. This refund process may take up to 10 Business Days from the moment we confirm the refund. (c) If the payment was done using Store Credit, the amount will be added to your account within the following 2-5 Business Days.
In the case of a refund, you may request to have it refunded in your Geekittude account as Store Credit. Geekittude can accept or deny this request based on a case by case basis.
If you haven’t received your refund within the designated time, we ask that you first check your respective bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
