All Geekittude sales are final and not subject to returns. If a return is required due to a mistake caused by Geekittude, we will gladly cover any shipping fees related to that return.

Geekittude might, for any reason whatsoever, refund an item(s) or an order, partial or full. Reasons include, but are not limited to (1) a lack of product quantity due to mistakes in our inventory, (2) to prevent buyouts, (3) if fraud or an unwilling purchase is suspected, (4) if we were limited in our allocation of a product.
Geekittude will not issue any refunds on any pre-orders unless our allocations limit us from being able to fulfill your order.
Refunds related to product returns (see RETURNS section above) will be processed up to two Business Days following the reception of the returned item(s). Please be advised that certain refunds might require a longer processing and treatment delay.
Refunds will be issued as followed: (a) if you paid by Credit Card, your refund will go to the Credit Card with the same number as the one in the original transaction. This process can take up to 3-5 Business Days from the moment the Credit Card refund was confirmed by Geekittude. (b) If the payment was issued by PayPal, the refund will go to the same PayPal account. This refund process may take up to 10 Business Days from the moment we confirm the refund. (c) If the payment was done using Store Credit, the amount will be added to your account within the following 2-5 Business Days.
If requested, a customer can ask Geekittude to issue a refund (not available for partial refunds) as Store Credit. Geekittude can accept or deny this request based on a case by case basis.
Should there be any delays with your refund, contact us directly at email@example.com. We may ask that you check with your bank, PayPal and credit card provider before Geekittude can take further action.
